Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, supervise assigned assistants, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Maintain Occupational Therapy licensure and CPR/BLS certification as required for state of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
- Understanding of E-Verify contents
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' occupational therapy experience
