Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups, perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, and establish individualized care and discharge plans. Complete evaluations, clinical documentation within established deadlines, and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time per-diem variable shift role at Adventist Health Tillamook.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' occupational therapy experience
