Occupational Therapist, Per-Diem, Variable Shift

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. This role requires a Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree with state licensure and two years of experience.
