Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establish individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring communication with appropriate parties. Requires Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree with licensure obtained on or after January 2007, two years of experience, and current CPR or BLS certification. Per-diem variable shift schedule available at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access medical center serving Tillamook County.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Two years' occupational therapy experience
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
