Occupational Therapist, Per-Diem, Variable Shift

Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree with state licensure, two years of experience preferred, and valid CPR or BLS certification.
