Job Summary
Conduct individual patient therapy regimens and participate in discharge planning, including placement, patient/family education, and adaptive equipment. Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) as well as OT and COTA students while monitoring patients' responses to treatment. Engage in continuing education seminars and in-services. This per diem role at SSH-West Allis, a critical illness recovery hospital, offers a smooth orientation program with potential advancement to full-time positions. Part-time/Per Diem staff are eligible for 401k after reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification are required.

- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Certified BLS
- Completion in first 90 days of employment
