Occupational Therapist-Per Diem/PRN

Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with physician direction. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services to ensure functional programs that facilitate an effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and self while performing other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery. Requires current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification. Per Diem schedule with a $57 hourly rate and $5,000 sign-on bonus.
