Job Summary
Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, treatment interventions and discharge planning for a full patient caseload across acute care, skilled facility, acute rehab, and outpatient settings as appropriate. Plan and deliver therapy programs to help clients regain function; document health progress, evaluations, and discharge summaries; collaborate with other health care professionals. Requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy, valid state OT license, NBCOT certification, and BLS/CPR by AHA. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Valid state license in Occupational Therapy
