Home Health Occupational Therapist in Ventura delivering skilled OT services to patients in their homes. Assess rehabilitative needs, develop and adjust treatment plans, promote independence, educate patients/families/caregivers on home exercise programs and safety, supervise assistants as needed, and maintain records in line with regulations.
