Job Summary
Provide prescribed occupational therapy to patients in their place of residence under physician orders and the IDG plan of care, with supervision by the Manager of Patient Services/Director. Minimize residual physical disabilities, participate in IDG care planning, instruct patients and families in home programs and fine motor exercises, prepare progress notes, and may supervise personnel. Requires licensure as an OT, ACOTE-accredited education, NBCOT eligibility/completion, and ability to drive for agency-related travel. Two years of OT experience preferred. Location: Price, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/regulated as OT by the State in which practicing
- Graduated after successful completion of an OT education program accredited by ACOTE
- Eligible to take or has completed NBCOT certification
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
