Job Summary
Evaluate patients' condition, function level, and treatment goals to design and implement individualized therapy plans for daily living and work activities. Provide effective patient care using approved techniques, supervise COTAs and HHAs, and document treatment notes and progress in the patient's chart daily. Assist families with home exercise programs and adaptive equipment needs while coordinating total patient care with the healthcare team. Complete discharge summaries, obtain orders, and submit visit records in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Licensed Occupational Therapist in FL with experience in OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) preferred. Part-time role serving the Pembroke Pines area with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in FL
- Current physical (within the last 12 months)
- Current TB test (within last 12 months) and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to attend a 2–3 day orientation at our Coral Springs office
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of OT experience preferred
- Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) strongly preferred
