Job Summary
Evaluate patients and implement treatment plans as per care guidelines. Responsible for directing therapy services and educating patients, families, and colleagues. Requires a degree from an accredited program, state licensure in Illinois or Wisconsin, and certification in Basic Life Support. This is a part-time position in the Rehabilitation Services department with a pay range of $34.21 to $51.31 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited program meeting licensure requirements in the state of practice
- IL or WI State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
