Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Neurology Clinic (FT)

Establish occupational therapy treatment goals using standardized assessments aligned with the Whole Child Approach. Consult with transdisciplinary teams to create collaborative treatment plans and provide individual, group, and co-treat sessions for sensory, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders. Administer autism diagnostic assessments like the ADOS and deliver neurodiversity-affirming, play-based interventions in-person or via telehealth. Collaborate with families to understand values and goals, while educating patients and caregivers on strategies for generalization. Complete accurate documentation within designated timeframes using EMR systems and participate in transdisciplinary rounds and workshops. Follow crisis procedures, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
