Job Summary
Pediatric Occupational Therapist sought to evaluate, plan, and provide individualized OT services for infants, children, and adolescents with developmental delays, injuries, disabilities, or medical conditions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function. Responsibilities include conducting initial evaluations, developing age-appropriate treatment plans, administering manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education; monitoring progress and adjusting plans; collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals; instructing patients and families on home exercise programs; maintaining accurate documentation; complying with regulatory requirements; and contributing to clinic operations through teamwork. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of clinical experience and experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings. Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a high-stress environment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Occupational Therapy or Master of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
