Job Summary
Conduct individual and group occupational therapy sessions tailored to each child's developmental profile for ages 2–15 with sensory, motor, or emotional challenges. Perform sensory and motor assessments to create individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with parents to support home carryover of strategies. Participate in regular team case discussions, supervision, and documentation of progress reports according to clinic standards. This role supports a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and speech therapists using holistic, play-based models like DIR/Floortime to help children thrive in a family-centered care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's or Master's level)
- Eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience with pediatric clients (sensory integration, motor delays, autism spectrum, etc.)
- English fluency
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with developmental, relationship-based models (DIR/Floortime or similar)
