Evaluate and treat physician-referred patients by organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs. Facilitate rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped by directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Promote and maintain health by facilitating the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity. Requires a New York State Occupational Therapy License and registration.
