Occupational Therapist Patient Centered Therapy Care

Provide direct occupational therapy to rehab patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create and implement personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs; celebrate patient victories as part of a compassionate, team-driven environment. Requires current state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience).
