Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatient rehabilitation patients, guiding assessments, creating personalized care plans, supervising treatments, and addressing patient concerns to support meaningful recovery. Deliver patient-centered care, build meaningful patient relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices and access to technology to enhance care. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
