Occupational Therapist Patient Centered Therapy Care

Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients requiring rehabilitation services. Supervise care and treatments by leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting specific patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the journey. This role is part of a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 locations and a team of 36,000 individuals. Current licensure, CPR certification, and a Master's degree or Bachelor's with experience are required.
