Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery and independence in rehabilitation patients. Thrive in a collaborative team environment, utilizing specialized skills and compassionate, patient-centered care to drive meaningful outcomes. Hold current licensure/certification per state regulations and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience) to support ongoing professional growth within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting.
