Occupational Therapist (Part-Time or PRN)

Provide caseload coverage for occupational therapy services, evaluating, documenting, and implementing individualized treatment plans based on client needs, evaluations, and physician orders. Cover treatment sessions by executing established plans of care, recording evaluations, daily progress notes, discharge reports, and service billings in accordance with organizational procedures. Model appropriate behavior to maintain a positive therapeutic environment while proactively facilitating communication flow and prompt resolutions. Maintain reasonable caseload levels as determined by the Clinical Supervisor and provide supervision of COTA services when necessary. Assist in transfers, gait, and mobility training while observing all confidentiality rules. This role supports clients with neurological, developmental, mental health, and orthopedic conditions to reconnect with daily routines and activities.
