Job Summary
Provide person-centered occupational therapy services in a nonprofit community-based facility in Mountain View, CA. Conduct assessments and develop ADL-focused care plans; perform in-home evaluations and home safety assessments; train staff on ADL techniques and body mechanics; supervise participants to ensure safety and comfort; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement the plan of care; adhere to universal precautions and maintain environmental safety; participate in staff meetings and trainings; schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–12:00 PM with some flexibility; eligible applicants include new graduates with CA OT licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Must have a current California state license as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Must have a valid California Driver's license, a clean driving record, appropriate insurance, and a reliable vehicle
