Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve precise functional goals across outpatient, inpatient, and subacute Pipeline Health settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providers, and allied health professionals to coordinate care, make discharge recommendations, and delegate cases to assistants or students. Educate patients on their own care, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and participate in regular department and multi-disciplinary meetings. Adhere to AIDET communication standards, HIPAA regulations, and safety protocols while reporting equipment or environmental issues. Complete assigned monthly training and attend staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist
- One (1) year of current experience in an acute care setting
