Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed for a part-time role (3 days/week) at The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessment of rehabilitation needs, establishing and administering treatment programs under physician direction, setting realistic goals, documenting patient conditions, and educating patients and families in appropriate therapy methods. Requires graduation from an accredited OT program and a valid state license/registration; experience with long-term or geriatric care is preferred. Oversees and supervises OT Assistants and adheres to HIPAA and Residents' Rights. Equal Opportunity Employer. Shift needs: all positions are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapist college or university.
- Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
- Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
