Job Summary
Hybrid Occupational Therapist for Paediatric & Adult Community providing assessments for paediatric and adult service users, reviewing care packages, and recommending equipment to promote independence and safety. Role involves moving and handling solutions, flexible work across community settings with hybrid arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Requires HCPC registration and OT degree (Master's preferred), with experience in community social care and paediatric OT knowledge preferred; familiarity with Liquid Logic is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with adults in community social care
