Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - Verde Valley Medical Center

Manage outpatient therapy care by conducting assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment for infants, children, adolescents, and seniors. Provide supervision to support staff including OTAs, technicians, and students while attending patient team and family conferences. Document all activities accurately in the EMR, develop individual discharge plans, and present clear information to patients and families. Act as a resource for peers and other departments through mentoring and educational opportunities. Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety protocols, and departmental policies while meeting productivity goals and attending required meetings.
