Job Summary
Create tailored intervention plans focused on helping patients develop, regain, or maintain skills needed for daily living and work activities. Facilitate participation in meaningful activities by teaching new ways to perform tasks and providing education to patients, families, and caregivers on safety precautions and adaptive equipment use. Deliver top-of-scope direct patient care procedures while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff in a multidisciplinary team environment. This PRN outpatient role at UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, requires weekend shifts with a base pay of $38.72 to $58.08 per hour, dependent on experience. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or preferred Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, current Colorado licensure, and valid BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- Weekend Days
