Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Rehab - Per Diem, Multiple Locations

Conduct occupational therapy examinations and evaluations to determine prognosis, provide interventions, and update care plans. Consult with medical and ancillary professionals to ensure optimum quality patient care and effective operations. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including evaluations, patient records, and reports, in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Assist with clinical and operational issues while utilizing support staff as appropriate. Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide education tailored to their age, condition, and cultural needs. Requires current New Jersey licensure, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
