Job Summary
Conduct outpatient occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment, and education in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Monitor the treatment activities of COTA's and aides. Maintain a 4-hour daily shift from 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Sunday with variable weekend frequency. Complete a Bachelor's degree from an accredited OT school and a clinical internship, plus hold a Michigan license and BLS certification upon hire. This role supports Corewell Health's mission of equitable care across 22 hospitals and 300+ outpatient locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited OT school
- Successful completion of clinical internship
- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience
- LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI
- State of Michigan
- Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
- Drug-free workplace
- Compliance with MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement
