Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Neurological and Hands Rehab

Deliver and supervise occupational therapy services for pediatric adolescent orthopedic patients, performing evaluations, developing individual plans of care, implementing treatment, and participating in discharge planning. Reassess treatment results and collaborate with appropriate disciplines, significant others, and patients within a team approach. Provide care at both inpatient and outpatient clinics at Ballard and Issaquah in compliance with ethical standards, policies, and professional guidelines. Requires a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, a Washington Occupational Therapist License, and National Provider BLS certification.
