Job Summary
Occupational Therapist for Outpatient Neuro on a part-time basis at Wellstar in Duluth, GA. Responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and delivering rehabilitative OT services across activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion; collaborates with physicians and families, documents evaluations and plans of care, provides patient/family education and discharge planning, and ensures compliance with departmental and system standards. Requires OT licensure (Bachelor's or Master's in OT) and BLS certification, with ongoing licensure maintenance. The role includes a $10k+ sign-on bonus and relocation enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- OT - Occupational Therapist license
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification (or ARC-BLS)
- Licensure required upon hire unless otherwise stated
- Effective communication skills and team-oriented/customer-service focus
- Completion of mandated education and licensure requirements for OT
