Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Neuro (Part-Time)

Occupational Therapist needed for outpatient neuro services on a part-time basis. The role includes assessing and planning rehabilitation programs to improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Responsibilities encompass treatment planning and provision of care, patient/family education, discharge planning and follow-up, timely documentation, collaboration with physicians and staff, adherence to departmental guidelines, and participation in professional development and mandatory trainings. Requires OT degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and active licensure with BLS certification; includes a sign-on incentive and relocation enhancements. Based in Glenwood, IA at Wellstar Health System.
