Job Summary
Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Neuro, Part-Time. The OT assesses, plans, organizes and participates in rehabilitative programs to restore or improve ADLs, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion for outpatient neuro patients. Responsibilities include implementing the OT treatment plan, selecting and adjusting activities toward goals, providing ongoing patient/family education, delivering discharge instructions and referrals, documenting evaluations and plans of care, and collaborating with physicians and staff. Requires OT degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and licensure; BLS certification required; strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory standards are emphasized. Relocation enhancements and a $10k+ sign-on bonus are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Occupational Therapy or Master's Occupational Therapy
- OT - Occupational Therapist license
- BLS - Basic Life Support (or ARC-BLS)
- All certifications required upon hire unless otherwise stated
