Job Summary
Occupational Therapist in outpatient neuro setting assessing, planning, and delivering rehabilitation services to improve ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, strength, and range of motion. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, selecting activities to progress goals, revising plans with patient/family input, providing ongoing education, discharge planning, and documenting sessions per departmental guidelines. Requires OT licensure and BLS; strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service orientation essential. Part-time role based in Boscobel, WI with Wellstar Health System.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Occupational Therapy or Master's Occupational Therapy
- OT - Occupational Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
