Job Summary
Occupational therapist in outpatient neuro setting (part-time) who assesses, plans, and implements rehabilitation programs to improve ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Responsibilities include developing and updating treatment plans, providing patient/family education, documenting sessions per guidelines, coordinating discharge planning, and serving as a referral resource to staff and families. Requires collaboration with physicians, adherence to ethical standards, and ongoing professional development; must maintain licensure and BLS certification. Located in Atlanta, GA with part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- OT - Occupational Therapist license (required upon hire)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (required upon hire)
- Effective communication skills, customer service focused, team oriented
- Maintains licensure and participates in mandatory education
