Job Summary
Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Neuro (Part-Time) evaluates and treats patients in outpatient neuro rehab, promoting function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Responsibilities include implementing and adapting the treatment plan, collaborating with physicians and families, providing ongoing patient and family education, and documenting evaluations and plan of care per departmental guidelines. The role requires developing discharge plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in team activities and professional development. Minimum education includes a Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy with active BLS; licensure or eligibility to practice in Georgia is required. Location: Roswell, Georgia; schedule: Day shift, Part-Time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy
- OT license/registration in Georgia (or eligibility)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS
- Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Georgia
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proven documentation and organizational skills
