Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - License Required

Occupational Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedic clinic in Montgomery, TX. Full-time position with 40 hours/week and scheduling options from 7 a.m.–4 p.m. or 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a condensed 4-day option. Treat a mixed caseload of patients with emphasis on lower complexity hand therapy; mentorship available for new grads and opportunities to develop a specialty or obtain certification. Hand Therapy experience/CHT preferred but not required. Compensation range $80,000-$110,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonus, 401(k) with company contributions after 90 days, paid CEU days, holidays, and performance-based incentives. Eligible for TX state licensure as an Occupational Therapist; U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship. Offices located in Spring, The Woodlands, and Montgomery, TX. The role requires in-person outpatient clinic work with a supportive team culture.
