Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
- Washington Occupational Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

- OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
- Membership in state and national professional organizations
