Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OTR) needed at Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC. Evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination; monitor progress; maintain timely clinical documentation; participate in care plan and discharge planning; educate residents, families, and staff; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team; mentor therapy staff as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and active SC OT license; competitive hourly pay of $38–$52 and full-time plus PRN opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
- Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina (required)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
