Job Summary
Conduct upper extremity therapy, sensory and perceptual skills training, and self-care activities including bathing, dressing, and transfers to restore and maintain patient function. Partner with patients to empower them to reach their health goals while providing trusted support in the home health setting. This role offers flexible scheduling with no set start or end times, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and mileage reimbursement. New graduates are welcome to join a supportive team with structured mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Hold a valid or pending state license

- Home health experience
- Acute care experience
- Long-term care experience
Additional Requirements
- Home health, acute care, or long-term care experience is a plus but not required
