Job Summary
Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting for Hospice patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help older adults maintain independence. Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the EMR. This flexible PRN role allows you to choose assignments that fit your availability, offering clinical autonomy within a supportive environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
