Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Home Health & Facility Opportunities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills for diverse patient populations including home health, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric cases. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining precise clinical documentation. Engage in meaningful assignments across various care settings to support activities of daily living and aid recovery for post-surgical, brain injury, and spinal cord injury patients.
