Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to create personalized treatment plans for home health and facility patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases, including care for geriatric residents and spinal cord injury patients.
