Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Home Health & Facility Opportunities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to create personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations in home health and facility settings. Administer therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills, educate patients and families on strategies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain precise clinical documentation while managing cases involving orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and geriatric residents. This role offers flexible part-time, full-time, and PRN scheduling with weekly pay, located in the Denver Metro Area.
