Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and administer interventions to enhance daily living skills for diverse patient populations in home health and facility settings. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining precise clinical documentation. Manage orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases, including support for long-term care residents and individuals with spinal cord injuries.
