Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed at Valley Hill Health and Rehab in Hendersonville/Asheville area SNF setting. Primary function: restore patients to optimal physical function and support goals with education, independent exercise programs, and activity modification; responsible for returning patients to functional independence under physician and therapy team guidance. Role includes completing licensure requirements, delivering patient education, and contributing to a supportive, team-based environment. Required Qualifications
