Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a SNF therapy team at Valley Hill Health and Rehab. Primary duty is to return patients to optimal physical function and help achieve therapy goals through education, independent exercise programs, and activity modification. Requires a OT degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and a current state license; must be proficient with service delivery software/EHR. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- current and valid license granted from state of employment
