Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in a school setting aligned with IEP goals, evaluating students' fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; delivering services in-person and/or via teletherapy; collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams; maintaining accurate documentation; participating in ARD/IEP meetings and contributing recommendations. Requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and active Texas OT license. Opportunities include in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats in Houston and surrounding areas with full-time, part-time, and PRN placements; salary is compensation-based with bi-weekly pay and benefits including medical/dental/vision; flexible scheduling and ongoing professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
