Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) in a school-based setting. Provide OT services aligned with IEP goals, evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy. Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams, support student participation in classroom activities, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute recommendations. Flexible placements in Dallas and surrounding areas with in-person, hybrid, and virtual opportunities based on district needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services
