Job Summary
Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions to support functional independence and document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care, participate in care conferences and family meetings, and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff. This role focuses on designing programs to help residents maximize independence, safety, and functional outcomes within Morgan Hill Healthcare Center's skilled nursing and therapy environment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available with a competitive hourly range of $60.00 to $70.00.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy
